Here mostly humans, dragon riders, vampires and sineques reside. They live, they work, they go to school. This is where they are.
Mostly sineques make up the student body of the school since it sits closer to downtown where sineques tend to gravitate. The school symbol is a siberian tiger and the school colors are gold and green. The school itself is an old church. Very old church. They've redone most of it giving it more of a castle feel with new stone and windows. The parts that were still strong enough to stand without bracing has been power washed clean recently. It's mostly surrounded by trees accept for the fron that opens to green grass and pretty flower beds close tot he walls. It sits on a freshly paved road just outside the downtown limits. You can still walk almost anywhere from here but it has plenty of space.
There are many places downtown to eat, shop and work amongst other things.
This land is probably the most peaceful. Everyone is so spread out that they rarely come into contact with each other. Vampires, sineques and humans all live peacefully.
Here are all of the nice apartments and the fast food places, there are a couple nice restaurants around and some department stores. Mostly vampires hang around here but sineques come often as well.
Zyanya High seems to be an extremely old high school that quite frankly explained could use renovation. Though the pavement is fairly even, cracks run throughout it like fragmented glass in some places. The buildings are made of old style brick though the roofs look fairly new. Zyanya High is a splayed school- meaning they hold a lot of ground so as to leave the school feeling open at all times. Often, the sidewalks are covered in a thin layer of ice, so watch your step! Mostly vampires attend Zyanya High. The school mascot is an anaconda and the school colors are silver and black.
