Here you will find all of the lands untamed by the humans, sineques and vampires. A few hang around here, for hunting and such but mostly it's played by the animals of Chara. Some places are safe zones, such as Naida Lake and Raynndance Barren. Those participating in killing and fighting in one of these areas will die. Please enjoy The Wild.
The beach here is relatively quiet. During the summer the waves are very large and very
dangerous to humankind. Mountains still surround you as the create small islands that extend
out in two parallel lines as far as the eye can see, but the water is open and salty and cool.
You can see tons of aqua open water. Named after the Greek goddess whom the first
sineque met before anyone else, she tried to hide him when he decided to leave her, tried to hide
him from other gods and goddesses in the world, giving her the name Calypso.
'One whom conceals'.
Outside the Säde Mountains is a crater with high rocky walls. The ocean splashes against the rock
wall on the East side and there is only one way in without having to climb over the high walls.
Once in the crater is full of beautiful oak trees and a lake in the center with pretty green grass
around it. In the winter it's freezing here, with ice covering the lake and on the trees. But
everything comes back beautiful in the spring for the summer. In autumn it's beautiful. If you
find the entrance the Fire den is through one of the crater walls to the North.
The lake here is surrounded by high sand dunes that are miserable to climb unless you have
incredible leg strength. Once you get to the top you can look down on Dazzle lake. It's beautiful
fresh water blue green and it looks like the ocean. The water is a little chilly but not to bad. It's
far enough South below the Säde mountains that it never gets below 65 degrees.
This castle houses the Prince and many other people who work for the Ferus cause. The castle
sits on 400 acres of hilly ancient forest with a few large clearings and a small canyon were the
Sabriyya river cuts through the dark land. Underneath the castle most of the soldiers sleep in
a huge cave system. About 200 acres South of the castle the caves open up and another huge
stone building sits there. Here the mythicals are kept and below the mythicals is the dungeon,
the only way out of the dungeon is either up to the dragons or through the caves where Soldiers
sleep. This isn't a safe place for humans to wander or a safe place for Vampires. Ferus believe their
way is the only way, Sineque is the only race that their gods intended.
The castle is a huge black one that sits next to a huge lake, but the rest of the 250 acres are
desert, with few oasis. There are tunnels all the way around the lake and a wall to keep the
sand from smothering the lake and castle during a storm. The ranks are kept inside the giant
castle in the lower levels and under ground quite a ways. The mythicals are kept on the roof
and upper levels of the castle where if danger is spotted smaller mythical's can warn the rest
of the castle. Shifters and Humans are advised to stay far far away from here. Since the castle
is so secluded there aren't many wanderers but anyone unrecognized will be taken into
interrogation immediately these vampires don't take anything lightly. This is the most dangerous
place to be.
These fields are hot and golden with a little bit of hill but not much. It's pretty much flat and open.
Somewhere however, there is a place where Sabriyya river winds through with fresh cool water
and shade trees, this however is the only place for water and shade. Directly south of Javed
Canyon and East of Raynndance Barren. Calypso beach is directly to the west.
The canyon is huge and rocky with the Sabriyya river flowing, shaping its bottom. There are parts of
it that are just smooth and rocky bottom where water chose to take different paths and many caves
where the water rushed long ago but has now detoured in other directions mostly due to land slides.
The Kali forest is more of a jungle than anything else. It rains nearly everyday and the trees are tall
and dense, blocking out the sun to the lower layers of the forest. Large cats and snacks as well as
predatory birds hang out here, some might be sineques, but most, in fact, are not.
The Lilly wood borders the Säde mountains and Calypso Beach. The wood is cold in the winter and
warm in the summer. The wood is an open wood with trees spaced apart with lichen upon the
forest floor. The forest is dominated by larch, spruce, fir, and pine. However there are
some southern parts with mostly birch, aspen, willow, and roan trees. There are lots of forest
fires here which is good for the forest most times, a certain tree here the Jack Pine, will
only release it's seeds after a fire. Bears hang around here a lot so you must be careful about
your surroundings. There are lots of small rodents and large game grazes the grass between
the trees. Lots of foxes hang around and form sort of a pack. There are also lynxes here as the
wolf's competition. There are tons of birds in the summer. There are some carnivorous like
owls or eagles and some smaller song birds. This is home to the Aglaia pack whom are majorly
territorial due to the constant intrusion because of their abundance of prey.
This castle sits on an island in the middle of the ocean, the only way to get here is by boat, to
fly, or to swim. The small island chain holds their military and mythicals that never rest. They are
not meant to kill humans but to protect them. However the most dangerous war parties are
against them. They must always be prepared. Their islands are surrounded by mountainous islands
where ranks are also housed. However, they shield the castle from view. There are guards lined
along the beach everywhere, but they stay hidden. Most of them are mythicals. The Pax Pacis
and Salus both reside here. Salus mostly offer their services as guards on the beach seeing as
Salus's job is to protect humans everywhere without their knowledge. The Prince Ciaran Leo
appears here every once in awhile to swap out ranks and offer safety to targeted humans. Then
he returns to wherever he was before.
This desert is dry. In the center are large sand dunes of hot sand.
Surrounding the dunes is flat dry land with some desert shrubs
and cacti. In the northern part where there are cliffs is the
most dangerous. The cliffs are high and in the winter it actually
snows here, making the cliffs edges impossible to see. There
are large cracks and pentacles that rise up. Somewhere in the
lands is a spring fed pool that you can drink from.
The falls are actually five pools all connected by beautiful waterfalls that lead into the Sabriyya river.
There are rocks in its depths so you must be careful upon diving in. The water is cool because it's
spring fed. Though giant rocks litter the bottom of the deep pools usually there is sand everywhere
else. There aren't many fish around the pools, but there are snakes when the weather is warm and
they want to come out and sun.
Somewhere in the center of Chara there is a giant lake. It's fed by a high waterfall that pours into
it from the Sabriyya river. The trees are stretched away for miles, even atop the cliff in which
the river falls into Naida lake. Lush green meadows surround it and butterflies drift about in the
spring where tons of wildflowers pop up. The water is crystal clear and cold and under the lake
are a series of beautiful caves. The beautiful family of Naida resides here. Come to her to
receive statistics for your pups.
First it was a volcano eruption plane, wiped out from the temperatures leaving rocky floors around
the petrified sequoias without leaves. Then an avalanche tore through here as this barren land is
South of Säde Mountains. It broke off trees and killed anything growing here and left this place
quiet for a long time until mysteriously crystals were pulled from the trees that hold all sorts of sleeping
creatures, wolf pups, little jaguar and cheetah cubs as well as some horse foals. Sabriyya River runs
through here next to the only huge living tree with grass around it taking all the nutrients unable to go
to any other plant for miles. In the root system belongs Narcissa, she will give you the creature in the
crystal to adopt. For all we know, that's all these creatures are here for, to be adopted. They will sleep
until awoken.
These mountains completely surround the valley of Chara. Their peaks are high, reaching
above the clouds and only one time a year can you get through them...if you're a human.
Vampires, sineques, and animals...if they can fly...generally have no problems. It is said that
on the peak of the very tallest mountain dragons and other mythicals are born. Some say the
rocks there hold some magic and if you chose the right one you might find yourself holding a
powerful amulet. Others say that if you drink from the mountain water a faerie will come to bless
you. They're myths, but no ones ever proved a myth wrong such as this. Deeper into he mountain
range there are some volcanoes that erupt on the occasion, but nothing more than a couple
out bursts, nothing dangerous. It is said that this is where the first sineque originated, so
vampires tend to steer clear of volcanoes. Sineques on this mountain are pretty touchy
about Vampires.
